Eva is a Texas native and a graduate from UTSA, she holds a BA in Spanish and Minors in Communication and Fine Arts. Eva earned her CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) which provided opportunities to work as a consultant with clients from Panama and Mexico. She also earned the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) Designation and the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) Designation, which has been essential in working with both sellers and buyers. She is also a Certified Veteran Land Board Realtor, and she is eager to work with the military community during their PCS here in San Antonio and abroad. Eva also served on The Global Council at SABOR in 2018 and 2019 and was a member of The International Real Estate Federation in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
