Frank is a retired Medical Service Corp Army Officer, with four (4) years of enlisted US Navy service. He is a graduate of West Texas A&M University, Canyon TX (formerly known as West Texas State) and received his master’s degree from St. Edwards University in Austin, TX. He also received a second master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, IN. He is an expert in real estate and recognized around the city for his background and knowledge.
