Germance Denise Durst is an experienced Texas Realtor Professional specializing in residential homes, lots, new home sales and custom home building. 

Since 1998, I have practiced real estate throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas.  Prior to becoming a realtor, I worked at USAA for 26-years.  My last position held was in Human Resources as a Business Project Analyst. 

Germance Denise received an Associate degree from San Antonio College, a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from Southwest Texas State University, and has credits toward a Masters degree. 

 In my leisure time I sell Jewelz by Traci Lynn Jewelry.
