I’m Leticia K Smith. I’ve been a Realtor since January 2006. I have many years of experience, helping families, investors, renters etc, in residential and commercial transactions. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish . My passion is to provide excellent customer service and Real Estate advise to my clients.
Everybody has different needs, so I listen carefully to each one of them, and provide them with the service according to their wants and needs.
I refer them to professionals such as Lenders, Title Companies, Inspectors etc, that I know they are honest and will take good care of them, the same way I do.
I strive in my excellent and personalized service, great communication, advise, trustworthiness, negotiation skills and following up in a timely matter. I take them by the hand from beginning to end. I will always be there for them.
Family is very important to me.
I love arts and crafts, painting, I make jewelry, I like to play sand and court volleyball, Country and salsa dancing. I started playing pool and it’s fun. I lead a healthy lifestyle, I meditate, exercise and eat healthy.
