l Monica Rios am a very hard working realtor and also a good person. l treat my clients with respect and professionalism, like family. Each client is very important to me. And being able to find the property or land or any real estate transaction is a satisfaction for me. I get very excited for my clients, being able to accomplish my clients goals and needs.  It doesn’t feel like a job, because l have passion for what l do and that is my special gift.

l began my real estate career in 2014. l am also bilingual and l have 25 years experience in sales though my sales career. My major is accounting and l have 3 years of college. l had work for Banks and Credit unions. My strength is sales and negotiations. l call sells solutions, finding what my clients are looking for. whether they are buyers, sellers or investors, By listening to them, l know what they are looking for.
